Based in Southampton, we share a passion and goal support individuals in need so that they can lead a fulfilling and meaningful lives. We have 17 years of care experience spanning from mental health, brain injury, learning disabilities, elderly care, dementia care and autism, we are here to give u a peace of mind.
Currently, we are available in Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Romsey and New Forest. We are working towards providing support services to all Hampshire so that more people can live meaningfully.
This includes:
Community Care
Community care environments including domiciliary care.
Home Environments
People’s home environments. (supported living care)
Skilled Staff
Skilled support teams that can offer additional support and respites support for Residential care homes.

To ensure management and the staff team have access to the most relevant and up to date training. All staff and management are given with all the tools necessary to provide safe, effective care in the ever-changing environment.
Well-led
A strong management team who communicate well with each other, the team and outside agencies in order to achieve the best outcome for the people we support. Management who drive staff to realise their full potential and to succeed. To change the face of care and build teams who put the individual at the forefront of every decision.
